To prepare your ESTA application we collect the information required for that form, which may include your name, date and place of birth, passport details, national ID, contact details, travel information, and answers to eligibility questions. When you pay, our payment processor collects your payment details; we do not store full card numbers.

We use your information solely to prepare, review, and file your ESTA application, to process your payment, to communicate with you about your application, and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we protect it
The application details you provide are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized reviewers who need it to process your application.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to provide the service: with U.S. Customs and Border Protection when we file your ESTA on your behalf, and with our payment processor to complete your payment. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your application information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.
