These Terms govern your use of YourVisa.world, a service operated by Your Visa World PLLC. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. We are not the U.S. government
YourVisa.world is a private preparation service operated by Your Visa World PLLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). You can apply for an ESTA directly with the government at esta.cbp.dhs.gov for the $40 U.S. government fee.
2. What we provide
We help you prepare your ESTA application and, before it is filed, an attorney-supervised team reviews your answers for accuracy and completeness. Using this website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, and the review does not constitute individualized legal advice. If you need legal advice about your immigration situation, consult a licensed attorney directly.
3. Fees
Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the $40 U.S. government fee that is paid to CBP. The applicable service fee for your selected service level is shown clearly before you pay. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor.
4. Refunds
Because our work (preparation and review) begins as soon as you submit, service fees are generally non-refundable once review has started. The $40 government fee is set and collected by CBP. If we are unable to provide the service you paid for, contact us at support@yourvisa.world and we will work with you in good faith.
5. No guarantee of approval
Approval of an ESTA is decided solely by CBP. We do not control and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, processing time, or that you will be found eligible to travel under the Visa Waiver Program.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false information to the U.S. government can carry serious consequences. You confirm that the information you submit is your own or that you are authorized to submit it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Visa World PLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid to us.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
